a few years ago, I was trying to name a track or something (helping someone record with it), and every time I hit numbers, it would go to a different screenset. I keep my recording systems offline, for safety and for zero risk of viruses/malware. it likes to be online, with the startup/news screen (from my minimal research). selective VST support with "Artist" version (EZdrummer works, other third-party plugins do not) no VST support unless you pay $199 to upgrade to a "flagship" version of the software instead, you hit the letter D, to create many separate 1 or 2-bar loops, instead of one easy-to-move and easy-to-split clip inability to "draw" the end of the loops to loop as long as you want.

having to move a newly-recorded take to a non-armed track, just to hear playback, etc input monitoring by default (thus, the "bathroom effect" when tracking vocals)

now, RTAS doesn't even exist, and becomes AAX proprietary hardware needed (first, Digidesign interfaces, then iloks)
